Heather brings over two decades of experience in client services and product support to her role as Business Development Executive. She began her career at EdGate in October 2003 as a Client Support Manager, where she provided vital support for EdGate’s diverse range of teacher and student-facing platforms. Her commitment to service and in-depth understanding of client needs quickly made her an integral part of the team.

In 2014, Heather advanced to the position of Client Engagement Manager. In this role, she became a trusted product expert, guiding clients through training, site configuration, requirements gathering, and project management. Her ability to build strong client relationships and ensure successful implementations laid the foundation for her current work in business development.

Now, as a Business Development Executive on EdGate’s customer service-focused Sales team, Heather leverages her deep knowledge of the company's offerings and her extensive support experience to deliver strategic, client-centered solutions. She is committed to aligning EdGate’s services with client goals, ensuring lasting partnerships built on trust and performance.
