Access to endpoints is determined by which package the endpoint belongs to. There are currently three packages available:
Base - Access to read-only endpoints for standards, content, and correlations
Premium I - Access to endpoints for uploading and editing content, as well as the ability to refine correlations
Premium II - Access to concept end points and ability to tag concepts to content (requires additional license to the Concept Index)
Standards Export - For clients who are only licensing access to the standards repository
